Patient Information
1st Visit: Sonogram, complete work up history, physical exam, pap smear, cervical cultures and urine cultures.
19-20 weeks: 2nd Sonogram for baby’s sex and anatomy.
27-28 weeks: Blood test for diabetes, blood test for RH antibody if RH negative, hemoglobin.
36 weeks: Cervical cultures for Group B Strep status and pelvic check for dilation.
Optional Tests
16 weeks: Genetic Screening for Down’s Syndrome, neural tube defects, etc.
16 weeks: Amniocentesis

- You may participate in low impact exercise unless otherwise indicated by medical staff. Walking is excellent exercise.
